Employment in covid19

Covid 19 pandemic has resulted into  a global employment crisis and has effected the masses all over globe. Crisis resulting into economical slow down and almost zero economic growth has its adverse effects on the personal and professional life of people. 

Due to slow in the production scale and low demand of products & services, many companies have retrenched their employees. Companies being not able to carry on the operational cost. However giant companies with stronger back bones and various MNCs have retained their employees, and even have paid their employees during lock down. This has given a lot motivation to employees of these companies, on the other hand employees not been paid during lock down or those who lost their jobs have become the main victims of this pandemic crisis.  

New job opportunities are very few, interview processes are very slow with tones of unemployed youths with hope of reviving on their face. 

The unemployment has reached to its extreme extend. There is Crisis spread all over.  Earning members of family are doing their best to earn livelihood for their family members. Unemployed section is doing it's best to get jobs as soon as possible. They are knocking every possible doors of employment, whether it's recruitment agency or direct company. 

This situation is unprecedented and score of recovery from current situation is far away and uncertain. 

There is fear of starvation among the people due to current scenario. 

Most of business places are not completely functional and running in loss causing people to lose their jobs or not being paid on time or right salary.
